We usually kick the evening off with training lectures in St Michael's Building from 7pm, then continue on to the Eldon Arms where in addition to conducting the day-to-day running of the club, booking training sessions, and organising diving trips, we get to know each other and talk about anything and everything.

If you're not taking part in any training lectures, you can always find us in the Eldon Arms on Tuesday nights throughout the year from about 8pm (there's free food too!).

The pool sessions are a chance to put into practice what you have learnt in the theory sessions, prior to progressing to open water. These sessions are run every Saturday from October to Easter at St. Edmund's Catholic School swimming pool, to book onto a session, please see the Training Officer at the theory lecture or pub the Tuesday before.

We do ask you to be at the pool in good time in order to get ready and have your briefing, please be at the pool by 11:45 if you need to get in the water by 12:00.

You should bring with you a towel, old t-shirt and swimwear.
